2. Recognize a Receptionist,
3. Spell out jobs and personal qualities of a Receptionist,
4. Identify the documents handled by a Receptionist.
LEARNING ACTIVITIES:
- Students as a whole discuss the meaning of Office and a receptionist
- Students in small groups, evaluate some of the qualities of a receptionist found in various Offices discussed in previous level
