Writing skulls using knobbed cylinders, geometric cabinet, sand tray letters and sand paper numbers (blue for vowel sounds)

Content

The pencils grip of each child should be strengthened as they work with these materials. Colour identification should not be more than one e.g. blue , for easy retention

Week 2

Vowel sounds should be traced, sounded and recognized in alphabetical order, i.e. a as in axe, egg, I as in ink, o as in ox , u as in up. All in blue. There should be a rhyme taught to them to make them understand that they are 5 in number
