LEARNING OBJECTIVE:

 By the end of the lesson, students should be able to:

1.            Explain Advertising;

2.            Create a jingle/advert to sell a product;

3.            Identify various types of advertising;

4.            Explain different jingles used in advertising media.

LEARNING ACTIVITIES:

  • Students in small groups demonstrate an advert to market a product using different advertising media e.g. jingles, news, and drama in the class
  • Each group to create an animated roles for advertisement with smartphones

  • Students in groups, visits the airport, sea port and a railway station to see how they function
  • Students in pairs argue the safest means of Transportation in the country
