  • Pupils listen to teacher’s definition of concept of endurance, speed, agility, etc

WEEK 4

TOPIC:

Measuring Physical Fitness Components (Endurance, Strength, Speed) 

CONTENT           

  • Measuring physical fitness components in endurance (press up, minute run).
  • Work bench, step on and off, squat, thrust         

ACTIVITIES

  • Pupils practice the activities such as press up, minute run, work bench, etc.

WEEK 5

TOPIC:

Measuring physical fitness components continue.   

CONTENT           

  • Strength; (pull-ups, sit-ups)
  • Speed; (50m dash)         

ACTIVITIES

  • Pupils practice activities like pull-ups, sit-ups and 50m dash.

WEEK 6

  • Filling the basket
  • Basketball skills
