Keep health, personal and family data of the child-parents’ names home address, immunization record. Blood group, genotype and assessment record

Child

i. Respond to and say his/her own name

ii.Say the name of immediate family members e.g. mother, father, aunt, uncle etc.

iii.Say his/her school and home address

CARING/LEARNING MATERIALS

  • Water bath
  • Apron
  • Plastic bottles
  • Charts on
  • Basic rights of the child

I. Measure, observe and monitor growth of the child

ii. Obtain observe and administer food necessary for growth

iii. Monitor child’s increased mobility and coordination to prevent accompanying  risks in playing

iv. Observe and monitor child’s movement skills in activities  such as climbing, playing ball , crawling etc.

iv. Give adequate supervision to prevent accidents.
